I have found this to be useful in uploading photos to post here and it is easy to use.
I have the window open to post a photo in the forum then I go up to File (on Firefox)
I click on New Tab (second choice) and then click on the above link and it opens a new window to Image Shack and at the same time the forum is still up at the top in a tab.

After I hit browse and find a photo I want to post I then click on Open in my file.
Next step is to click on Host It down at the bottom of Image Shack (do not give your email address or join, it is not necessary) copy (I run my mouse over the photo that was uploaded then right click my mouse and click on copy) the photo and paste it into the body of you post type a blurb if you choose to and then go back to Image Shack and do it all over again. Remember to click on the middle of the tab you want to be on, do not close it out by clicking on the x.
