Who do you think will win the bid for Republican Candidate and who do you think will win the bid for Democratic Candidate? I think McCain is going to win the bid for Republican candidate and I am not sure yet who will win the bid for Democratic candidate yet.

I'm guessing it will be McCain and hopefully the lovely Mrs. Clinton. If Obama makes it, then I don't know what will happen.

After last night it looks like McCain for the Republicans. I would guess that Hillary will nudge out Obama for the Democratic nomination. In November I think it will be McCain over Hillary by a small margin which then sets up a McCain vs. Obama race in 2012.

No clue at all. I've only been paying a little bit of attention to the Democratic races. I don't care who becomes our next president as long as it isn't you know who.

I wonder who will be his running mate (for Vice President)? Does anyone know or have an educated or uneducated guess?

Ya know, I was thinking Giuliani as McCain is weak in NY, but, what do I know. |

I can't believe how well the non-white guy is doing. We might as well kill ourselves in advance if he has any chance at becoming president.

Two possible VP runnng mates for John McCain that come to mind are Senator Joe Lieberman from Connecticut who was a Democrat and is now an Independent. The other is a really smart Republican Senator from Nebraska named Chuck Hagel. He is retiring from the Senate the end of this year. Either of them would make a good running mate.

I think it is quite obvious that McCain will be the republican candidate for President. As for his running mate, I still do not know, its any body's guess at this point in time. As for Democratic candidate there are still a few big primaries to get through, Ohio, TX, Wisconsin, Hawaii and I forget the other state. I think if Hillery can win Ohio and TX she still may have a chance. As for a Democratic running mate, we have to wait and see who wins the nomination for Presidential candidate.

The other large primary I think is Pennsylvania which is in April I believe. The last I heard Hillary was leading big time in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The reason why Obama and Hillary are so close in the delegate race is that in the Democratic primary the delegates are awarded proportionately according to the popular vote. It looks like it's going to be a close race all the way to the convention. It will be interesting to watch them attack and try to destroy each other over the next several months.

As long as the brown guy doesn't win...I don't care much for who becomes the next president. It's always broken promises no matter who wins.
